Interaction

Each broadcasting station should nominate one artist, one technical co-ordinator, and one person responsible for the administrative, editorial execution of the project. In choosing the artists, it should be considered that they are not only to fulfil the traditional role of „deliverer of material“, but are also responsible for the distribution and administration of the circulating materials.

The materials used will be:

• everything that produces sounds or radio waves
• sound,
• noise,
• voice,
• text,
• music,
• interactive sound sculptures, installations - (perhaps to be directed and/or influenced by telephone, whereby listeners could also be partially involved in the action)

Media Dramaturgy - Media Horizons

The orientation of contents will occur along thematic focal points and from focal points arising from specific production situations.

• The role of sound, speech, music in communicative relationships.
• The labyrinth of speech, an interlingual dialogue, speech as the carrier of cultural identity.
• Topical news items, socially and culturally determined interpretations of world events. - The vision of the Futurists: Listening in on what is happening at a specific time in various places in the world
• Inclusion of the real sound situations in and/or around the studios. „The rustling of leaves in the wind transmitted in real-time ... natural sound symphony“.
• Acoustic description of the individual production sites.
• „Sound as the acoustically perceivable distance between two points - proximity, distance, silence“ - acoustic space phenomena that become possible through tele-presence, through real-time networking.
• Incantations - lamentations from tormented places around the world (Sarajevo, Jerusalem...)

The determination of such bandwidths is a prerequisite for the relative stability of the network. Immediate access, the constant „tune-ability“ of these bandwidths is the guarantor for the dynamic of the network. (Andres Bosshard- participating artist - CH)
