Lives and works in Brussels.
As musician, he's involved in several fields of sound experimentation, andfor that reason, he's deeply interested by the study of sound phenomenology. The process of hid investigation is based on the believes that each sound have a past ,a future , and a specific space related to. The sound phenomenon occurs when our perception is tuned with those elements ,and could be modified by the shift of one of them. Jacques Foschia plays in the London Improvisors Orchestra; he's also a member of the Atelier sonore radiophonique based in Brussels.
