Tetsuo Kogawa

http://anarchy.k2.tku.ac.jp/

Tetsuo Kogawa has been working between various borders, on the fringes of arts, technology, philosophy, and activism; between writing and performing, teaching and organizing, broadcasting and microcasting, sounds and airwaves, movies and video, machines and
electronics, and human body and android.
He initiated micro radio movements in Japan in the early 80s, and is widely known for his blend of criticism, performance and activism. He has written over 30 books on media culture, performance arts, film, city and urban space, and micro politics. While teaching at the Department of Communication Studies, Tokyo-Keizai University, he most recently supervises Radio Kinesonus, a streaming/environmental radio station for radio art and experimental music.
